Wiro Bound Books

perfect for manuals, planners,
and notebooks, wiro offers
flexible binding.
Please set up your artwork to the following specifications:
– Our wiro bound booklets are printed as pre-collated sets on one of our HP Indigo or Landa digital presses, meaning we can provide a wide range of inner paper options and paginations.
– They are then bound on our Renz wiro binders, using silver Renz wire, which provides the best quality long lasting finish.
– A spiral wire coil, between 6mm – 14mm depending on page count, is passed through a series of punched holes along the spine of the book to offer a full 360-degree page turn.
– The number of loops will depend on the paper type, size and pagination you select, though the wire will always be punched 9mm from the edge of the sheet.
– Matt, gloss and velvet soft touch lamination can be added as well as foil or Spot UV. Embellishment can only be added to laminated print. Lamination can be added to stock thicker than 250gsm and cannot be added to uncoated stocks.
