Please set up your artwork to the following specifications:
– Inkjet printed on our state-of-the-art Screen Truepress.
– Produced on smooth and absorbent 90gsm uncoated stock.
– With a low TAC (Total Area Coverage) of 20%, they allow ink to sit on the page without bleeding through or smudging, ideal for lines text.
– The perfect bound spine ensures durability, while the cover option of 250gsm silk or uncoated stock provides a premium feel.
– Add your own custom printed inners to meet your client’s specific requirements.
– Once your pages are printed, they our bound with the help of our industry-leading Horizon BQ500 unit. The pages are glued together using a hotmelt adhesive at the spine and a wrap around cover is applied before being trimmed for a clean, professional finish.
