Do you have a minimum order?
No. We print single items as happily as bulk runs, and larger orders work out cheaper per item.
Where are you based and can I visit?
We are at Unit 14 Fusion, Magna Business Centre, Magna Way, Rotherham, S60 1FE. Visits are by appointment, so call 01709 945025 before you set off and we will have everything ready for you. We also run a local drop-off service from £3, confirmed in your quotation.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Rotherham and look after customers right across South Yorkshire, including Sheffield, Barnsley and Doncaster. Artwork is handled by email or in person, so distance is rarely an issue.
Do you offer printing and embroidery?
Both. Print suits bold, colourful and one-off designs, while embroidery gives workwear and uniforms a hard-wearing, professional finish. If you are not sure which fits your job, tell us what you are after and we will point you the right way.
I do not have a finished design. Can you help?
Yes. Our design service sets up your logo or idea so it prints and stitches cleanly on every garment. Send over whatever you have, even a rough sketch or a photo, and we will work it up for approval before anything goes to print.
How do payment and turnaround work?
We take full payment before work starts, which keeps things simple and lets us order the right stock for your job. Clothing is usually ready in 3 to 5 working days from artwork approval, and print or branding work like stationery, flyers and signage in 5 to 7. If you are working to a deadline, tell us and we will be straight with you about what is achievable.
